Wait a few minutes as it may still be processing. If it does not update, provide the payment reference to your school administrator.

Yes. Payments are processed through encrypted gateways with verified SSL connections.

26. Can I split my payment into parts?

If your school enables split payments, the option will appear during checkout.

27. Can parents view payment history?

Yes. All completed transactions appear under the Payment History tab.
