7. I cannot see my scheduled exams.

Make sure you selected the correct term and session in your dashboard. Exams appear only when active and assigned to your class.

8. Can I take exams on my phone?

Yes. Exams work on any device with an internet browser. A laptop or tablet gives a better experience.

9. What happens if my internet disconnects during an exam?

The system auto-saves your progress every few seconds. You can rejoin before the exam time ends.

10. How are theory and multiple-choice questions graded?

Multiple-choice questions are graded instantly. Theory questions are graded manually by teachers or automatically if keyword grading is enabled.

11. I submitted my exam, but my result shows “pending.”

This means grading is still in progress, especially for theory questions. Results appear once marking is complete.
