12. I cannot join my live class.

Confirm the class link is active and that you are logged into your student account. Refresh the page and try again.

13. The class video is freezing or not loading.

Check your internet speed. Close unused apps. Switching to Wi-Fi may improve stability.

14. Why can I not share my screen on mobile?

Screen sharing works only on laptops or desktop browsers due to mobile browser limitations.

15. Can I use earphones or Bluetooth headsets?

Yes. Both wired and wireless headsets are supported.

16. How much internet data does a live class use?

A one-hour live class may use between 300 MB and 700 MB depending on video quality.

17. What happens after class ends?

The session closes automatically and redirects you to your dashboard. Teachers may customize this to display feedback or the next schedule.
