1. I canโ€™t log into my account. What should I do?

Make sure youโ€™re entering the correct email and password. If the issue continues, click on Forgot Password to reset your login details or use the passwordless login to receive a one-time acccess code to login.


2. I did not receive a password reset email.

Check your Spam or Promotions folder. If you still canโ€™t find it, contact your school admin to confirm that your registered email is correct.


3. Can parents have multiple logins for one student?

Currently, each student profile is linked to one parent account. However, reports and updates can be shared with another guardian manually if needed.


4. My dashboard looks blank or incomplete.

This usually happens if your teacher or school admin hasnโ€™t assigned you to a class yet. Once your class or subjects are added, your dashboard updates automatically.


5. How can I change my email or password?

Go to your profile settings and update your login details. The system will log you out and require re-login for security.
